Management Team



Our management team has a combined total of 45 years experience in property services each providing quality oversight in their respective divisions. When you place your property in the hands of another for any reason, you must have trust in the company and the individuals that represent it.



Richard Mountel



Rich is a graduate of Moeller High school & attended Miami University, and The University Of Cincinnati. Rich has over 25 years Experience in general contracting, operations, property, & facilities management. Presently overseeing a portfolio of over 1800 residential and commercial properties, Rich is committed to equal client treatment no matter how large or small the project.
